My name is Evelin and I'm a native German from the Eastern part of Germany. For 10 years, I've studied English literature, the English language, German as a foreign language and German culture. In 2009 I've lived one entire year in London and Manchester in England. Since June 2015, I've finally relocated to the U.S for an extended stay. I have a high command of the English language and still try keeping my German heritage- also languagewise. Primarily, I work as a German and English teacher in several schools and for various age groups and this also where I've got most of my skills from. In addition to that, I've worked as a translator for well-known international companies such as IKEA Germany and from other jobs, I've also gained a long-term experience in translating German to English, English to German, spell-checking and correcting grammar mistakes. I've got a long term exerience with tutoring all kinds of children and adults in different institutions- private and commercial. References are available.
